I moved here in December and LOVED this apartment complex!! Great apartments, safe community, very quiet, nice office staff, quick maintenance fixes. It was sold 2 months ago and is now managed by Greystar. They are terrible! They upped our water rates ($30 for one person!), are doing construction in the complex and now have decided to leave the security gates open so "people can drive thru and look around". '' I was lied to and told that they would only be open during business hours "when someone was in the leasing office." NOT TRUE!! They've been left open all night and all day with no one in the office for 2 days. Yesterday I had to listen to someone's security alarm go off all day. Sorry to say, my dream apartment now sucks! I wouldn't rent here.
