I have lived at Chastain Terrace just shy of 1 year and have never had any problems. The apartments are very nice, and if you ever have any issues at all, management is very quick to respond and always friendly. The managment team here clearly cares about the satisfaction of the residents. Parking is never a problem and the property is kept clean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I came here after being treated horribly by Charleston Court's management, which is an apartment right up the road. My experience has been night and day!
