going down hill From: gelfling227@hotmail.com Date posted: 5/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have lived here since 2001. The apts. were cheap and pretty spacious for what you pay. Since then crime has went up. I actually watched a woman break into someones car outside. In Nov 2003 my apartment got robbed in broad daylight with them taking electronics and antiques.I am about to move out coming soon. Overall ok to live in if you want to be close to downtown and can stand German roach outbreaks in occasion
