I actually lived there for a year and a half.

I didn't move because of the property (my roommate was nuts...long story).

Anyway, yes, it doesn't have the appeal of nearby ATMs or grocery stores BUT you do have a nice, clean place to live with elevators.

It's also accessible to GSU and the Underground and all of downtown in general.

The office staff was always nice to me and very considerate of my situation.

I recommend it to any student or professional who wants to cut out their commute and get a good place in the city.

You really can't beat the rent!
