I had a pretty good year in my unit.

It had def ups and downs.

I went to about 30 braves games and my roommate had a kegorator and i was very drunk.

We were able to have plenty of visitors because the walk to ga state was 10 min.

I would wake up at 11:40 for 12:00 classes.

The rent wasnt very expensive.

Downsides- Any club or bar in the area was ghetto.

Sat night was escalades bumping BS around the block.

Only decent club was down trinity and they charged enough to keep the underground trash out.

No telling these days.

Homeless people could get easy access to the complex and slept in the stair wells.

A security guard told me that any given night there were 20-30 hobos on the property.

Maintance staff was always selling stuff and trying to steal cable for us for a charge.

Overall i had an awesome time.

I wouldnt want my 19 year old daughter living there but oh well.

I just wish i had lived there when the influx of students moved in (university village changed to tech so state students moved in here because its cheaper than new dorms and closer).
