I currently reside at City Plaza. I have lived here for a full three months. I informed the property manager yesterday, in person, of three problems. One problem being the noisy, party all night, loud, neighbors above. The second problem being the air conditioner not blowing cold air and the third being RAT/MICE FECES along with foul odor (dead rodent). She raised her voice and spoke to me condescendingly. I could go on about the situation, but I would just say that I, in my entire rental history(including college both grad and undergrad), have never lived with rodents. I have also never experienced such a vile miserable human as the property manager. I would not recommend this property. Oh yes, there is a problem with homeless men sleeping all around the premises.
