I've lived at City Plaza for almost a year and I'm about to move because of location. The apartments are nice, especially for a roommate situation (2 bed/2 bath and walk in closets!).I haven't really had any major problems. Maintence can take a while sometimes but if you are persistant they will fix anything for you. We had a problem with bugs once, but after calling about it an exterminator came right away. Its a perfect place to live if you go to GA State or work downtown because you can walk. The biggest downfall is visitor parking. The only option for visitors is to park on the street which is only free from 6pm-8am. This has been really inconvinent for me, especially when my visitors end up with $50 parking tickets. My only other complaint is that the residents are about 50% students and 50% workers. I don't even party and I've gotten a lot of noise complaints when I was home alone or with my roommate and we weren't doing anything that could POSSIBLY bother anyone else-even the security gaurds and leasing office agree that many people phone in too many noise complaints when they are unneccessary. Oh, and get a courtyard view if city noise bothers you:sirens, street sweapers, garbage trucks, traffic-it is definintly city living but the view is kind of cool. Overall I would recommend City Plaza to people, but its time for me to move on to something else.
