Love the apartment itself, fixtures are nice, place is clean and very high quality.

Prices are reasonable for being in town like that and the amenities are nice-great gym, etc.

Can't say the same about the location.

Nice having such easy access to the highlands and all interstates, but not worth it so much.

Live a little more outside of town if possible.

Too close to a really bad part of town, which people tend to wander over from.

I myself have had 2 separate harassing incidents with the homeless that were kind of dangerous and have heard several other residents speak that they too have had similar incidents.

Management staff poorly communicates parking changes and regulations with the residents and has been known to tow without warning of changes.

Visitor spots are so few and far between that if you want to have any guests, forget about it.

They either need to all carpool, get a cab, or be over by 6pm.

That can get annoying.

Parking in the parking deck is also an adventure.

Cars drive about 50 miles an hour and it's a two way deck.

Mgmg is terrible about returning calls and following up.

Locks and magnetic gates are always having trouble making it easy to get locked out of the building.

No notice about this again.

If you are a female living alone, I really dont suggest this place.

If you have any pets, not really any place to walk them at all and too many cars on a busy road make it difficult.

Again, the apartment itself couldnt be any nicer but the neighborhood is quite sketchy and the management does not do much about it.
