Don't move into City View!

This is a clear-cut case where, cheaper is not always better! This building is so mismanaged and the overall setup is horrible. There is a small, crowded parking ramp separating the two buildings that makeup City View apartments, parking spaces are too small, there is an over abudance of speedbumps that do nothing but aggrivate tennants. The layout of mailbox, pool, fitness room, laundry is not condusive if you live in the newer section of City View. You can forget about using the pool, unless, they are kind enough to remove the chains. There is buzzers are nearly every entrance, however, breakins are a common occurence. Security, there isn't any. They have some people walk the parking lot occassionally and that is it. There is no conveniences within walking distance, nothing quaint about the apartment itself. Do yourself a favor, do not move into city view.

I have to agree that the parking lot does sometimes get crowded, but I can always find at LEAST one parking spot on my level. But yeah the parking lot is tight and i've seen a decent number of people run into the pillars seperating some spots. As for the layout I have no clue what this review is talking about. I find the layout out to be just fine. The mail room, laundry, fitness room, and pool are all in the bottom floor of the first building. How is that bad? Sure the people that dont live in that same building have to walk (god forbid a two minute walk) to go get their mail but it isnt bad at all. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THEIR BEING CHAINS ON THE POOl?? I have never seen a chain once even in the winter time when the pool is unusable. The pool is open all of the time and anyone (who lives here) can go down to the pool at all times. There are buzzers (key card entries on the doors) at all entrances which does help with security, but there will always be break ins at any apartment building especially in downtown. If you dont want to live somewhere where there arent break ins the move into a rich place with a concierge.
