I have lived here for approx. nine months and made the mistake of not seeing the inside of the apartment before I moved it. The model was gorgeous, and I was promised that all the apartments had been recently renovated. However, major problems with my apartment and have had to call maintenance at least once a month. Water damage in one bathroom, and they had to PAINT over the tub to cover up mildew/damage. Maintenance calls include electrical problems, leaks, etc. After all of the problems I have had the mgmt. wanted to charge me late fee for my rent being 1 day late due to being out of town.

Security is a problem. Gate is always broken. Parking is a problem. And I figured out why everyone moves here-location and large pets. This is one of the few apts. that will allow big dogs.
