I was shown a pristeen model apt and then when I came to move in my apartment was run down and everything was broken. The refridgerator shelves were broken, the oven was not working, the shower head was broken and there were roaches all over the place. I decided to stick it out since it would be difficult to move again. The problems took forever to fix. I had to call multiple times for each problem to remind them about it. The fridge and oven were finally replaced after nine months of being non-functional. Another problem is the hazardous conditions caused by new construction. If you live in certain buildings, you are prone to having giant bulldozers almost run over you and cranes swung over your head. Security is another major concern because the gate is always broken. Even when the gate is fixed, it is easy for intruders to walk into the community since the outgoing and incoming gates have a big gap between them without any barriers.
