Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We have lived, here for only 3 months and so far so good. There were some small problems, but they got fixed pretty fast. Parking can also be tricky. At nights sometimes you have to park over a building or two. Otherwise the apartment was very clean. Everything in the kitchen was new as well as the carpet. Our experience has so far been pleasant.
