Lazy, rude and virtually invisible office staff

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have never lived anywhere, that had hours posted but noone's ever in the office on the times posted. Reggie lies and the Manager, Tracy is never there.

I wonder if the employess are required to read the promises they amke in all their literature. Not a place that I've enjoyed calling "home"
