Nightmare come true!!!!! Really bad apartments with bad office staff

Apartment is near Emory but one of the worst apartments that I had lived in the past 10 years. Last year was plagued with mold and the office staff and maintenance was hopeless. Even after complaining for 3 months they never took it seriously other than paint it over.
so management changed. new management since last fall makes the previous one look really good. not sure how low it can go. have been complaining about cigarrette smoke, roaches etc for 3-4 months. maintenance comes to the apartment and can smell but still the office doesnot belive it. so, if u like roaches, can expect no maintenance then stop by or else....
so why did i stay... made the mistake of signing a lease term and was bound by it...
