I have to disagree with some of the posts here. The name changed about a year ago to Clifton Apartments now that a new company has purchased the community.

I moved in right after management switched (December 2005). I've had a pretty good impression of them because they have always been very nice. Sometimes you do have to ask for things twice, but they always apologize and have made efforts to improve. Maintenance is good and have taken care of my needs fast.

They are doing LOTS of construction, which can be a headache. Parking is tight by my apartment, but I am always able to find a space somewhere. It looks like they are really trying to improve the community. I'd say take the previous two posts with a grain of salt.

I've lived in apartments for a number of years in different cities, and Clifton is pretty good. I'll be renewing my lease when it ends I am sure.

Does anyone have problems with roaches? I really hate roaches and I am trying to find a place that does not have problems with roaches (palmetto bugs)
