I've been living here for two years, and have generally been pretty happy here. There has been a lot of construction over the last year, but I believe they're now finished. Over the last year, they've re-built the retaining walls, re-paved the parking lots, re-painted buildings and apartment doors, improved the roofing, and so on. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the maintenance staff is excellent. I really like my apartment here. I have a sunroom that overlooks a forest, and the apartment is affordably priced for the apartment size. Parking is good, although not excellent - I can always find a space without a problem. They do have a tennis court and pool here, which is a plus. My rent of $777 includes a $40/mo washer/dryer rental fee. But like most apartment owners, they increase the rent every year, and my rent is going up.
