Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I've been living here almost 3 years now. It has been under I think 3 different management companies and it is now by far the worst it has ever been. Management is lazy, no one is ever in the office, and every problem is always someone's fault besides theirs. I've had them try to get me to pay for bills before I moved in, I've had them try to charge me penalities that A) didn't apply and B) were higher than what they would have been (as stated in the lease) in the first place.
They changed trash/water companies to a company out of Ohio (where the new management is out of) and my bills went from living in a 2 bedroom and paying $40 to living in a 1 bedroom and paying $75. My friend who lives here has seen his bill gone up to almost $100 for water/sewer/trash. He lives in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath.
