Ok I will try my best not to be long winded. When I first moved in I thought all other reviews where just pissed off people that did not pay their rent. But not any more. Lets start with this water bill. They process their water through a company named Heartland. If you are planning to rent here or anywhere please make sure that this company is not whom they use. My water bill this month is $66.68. This is the lowest I think it has been and that is becuase I am never home. Before you even turn on the water you are already $60.00 in the hole!!!!! How can this be you ask' Let me break it down.......$21.74 for sewer,$9.99 for trash ( that I have to drive to put in a dumpster myself becuase they do nor provide pick up service and if I had to walk it, it would take 15 min.)$1.00 common gas(WTF IS THAT') $6.32 common Electric( So I must be paying for the lights in the parking lot and pool area that i can never use because it is dirty)$7.99 pest fee that I have never ever had anyone come and spray my house. And as the last person's review stated I have seen bugs here that I did not learn about in science class. $4.00 gate fee( the gate has been broken 75% of the time. So I am paying for a gate that does not work). $9.99 Admin fee ( LOL!! REALLLY') And if I want to pay with a credit card their is a $3.00 fee!!!! So yes my water portion of this bill was $6.04. If you do not believe me I have it in my hand right now. O and it gets better, if you cant pay this bill they will not take your rent!!!! Yes, they wont take it and then everyday after the first is $100.00. And then if you do not pay in five days they are evicting you. A new office manager has taken over and she is ghetto and clearly has never run anything including her own household. The grounds keeper is about 400 lbs and cant touch his toes further yet clean something. There is dog poop all over all of the time. RUN RUN RUN RUN and do not rent here. I mean I gave them the best review when I first moved in. I guess I should have waited before i opened my big mouth. I love the area but cant afford to live here nor do i want too!!!! My co workers own their homes and their water bills are $25.00 and they have children. The old office manager was very nice and wou;d work with you. The new office manager is very unprofessional and dresses as if her last job had a pole in the middle of the stage. The asst manger is very nice and I feel sorry that she now has to work under this new woman.

You sound racist calling Natalie "ghetto" when she doesn't act hood/loud/obnoxious. She is new, and still getting the hang of things but I find her to be very professional.
