I had to terminate my lease early because of how HORRIBLE this complex is. The management is AWFUL, the maintenance is even worse. And, as mentioned in some of the other posts, it IS owned by the same company as the common utilities - which means you get totally screwed. They left standing water in our apartment for months. Refused to fix my running toilet that continued to leak into the apartment below us. There are no lights, low ceilings. On move-in day - our apartment wasnt ready and the cleaning crew was still in there while we were trying to move stuff in. They are completely understaffed and NEVER answer their phone. We had to complain a million times about our neighbors above us that would stomp on the floor. As a student, this place was a nightmare. We went to the office with a 2 page typed letter of issues we had with the complex after only THREE MONTHS! Luckily we had signed an older version of the lease and were able to terminate without any fees or penalties besides giving 60 days notice. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
