Do not live here!

This is the worst apartment complex we have ever experienced. Their lies start from move-in: we got our apartment 9 days after the promised move in date! Then they proceeded to nickle & dime us all the way - the utilities cost nearly 100$ a month, which include complete rip offs like Gate Fee, Common Gas, Common Electricity! The rental fees is 300$ more than nearby apartment complexes, which they try to justify with their proximity to Emory! Broken gates (for which they charge an extra 10$ a month!) and non-working lights in the parking lots make the environment very unsafe. Parking is a nightmare - there is never enough parking available for many blocks. On many nights, even the overflow parking is full. To top it all, they tow away & damage your car if you park in any place but a parking space - if you work late, take a cab home, leave car at the office lot & save the $150 towing fee! There is also a huge pest problem: spiders, roaches, centipedes, worms, frogs, crickets some of the guests you can look forward to entertaining in your home! The heating & AC bills are outrageous because of the old units and badly sealed windows - we have been told not to open our windows because they will not shut if opened! Service is a joke - if you have 2 bathrooms and one stops working, then it will not be repaired for a week because it is not an emergency! The management is very rude, unfriendly and not at all concerned about the welfare of the residents! The fact that they offer $1000 referral fees, and yet have so many vacant apartments attests to the fact that this is a horrible place to live in!
