I lived there for three years with two roommates. It started out nice, but when they changed management, things went straight downhill.
Our A/C would leak all the time, soaking the carpet and pad. Maintenance would come out and "fix" it, but it would be broken within a month. Our "alarm" system never did work right, ants were all over the place, the fireplace leaked when it rained, mold was growing in the storage room.
Our neighbors almost got into a fight fight with the manager over getting something fixed. Neighbors were loud and obnoxious, and the management refused to say anything to them. One neighbor threatened us when we asked her to keep her kids from screaming outside at 7am on Sunday mornings.
The lights on the tennis courts didn't work, and when we complained the management simply denied that there were even lights to begin with.
For the three years that I lived there, the gated entry never worked, they kept claiming various problems. The water fee was rediculous and introduced in the middle of our lease.
My deposit was not returnned to me when I moved out. No excuses were given, just that I wouldn't get it. I was tired of dealing with the criminals, so I just let it go.
