I'm satisfied... learn to roll w/ the punches From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Ive lived here for almost a year now and for the most part I'm satisfied. It is very spacious especially for the price, but that all depends on what your price is.Since prices depend on # of vacancies. The maintainance is very prompt.I have never seen a roach but the ants are outrages at the change of seasons but they dealt with that in a timely manner. Yes the gas can get outrages thank god their are fireplaces in the apts. The water/sewage bill can be annoying seeing that it is due w/ your rent and fluctuates greatly. There is limited parking but that is because I'm sure their a more students living in each apt than what is reported to the office. Students do have parties but are still respectful. The pool,exercise room, and tennis courts are an added plus. Also be sure to make a friend in the leasing office in order to avoid speaking with the 1 or 2 rude ones.
