They have an awesome referral policy too, and if someone that you told about the community decides to move in, they'll give you a referral fee for just telling them about the place! it's great, i've actually told 3 friends about preston, they looked around, loved it, and now we live close together and i made some extra cash! pretty cool idea.
If you come in on a good day, one of the girls in the office always makes homemade cookies and stuff and will bring them in the office.
