Overall, a nice place to live. However, continuous ant problems (thousands and thousands at a time, in the house.)

Also, the rental rates are all over the place. One unit will rent for hundreds more or less than an identical unit in same building. Just be careful of your rental rate.

Gates left open alot.

Wonderful floor plans, very open and spacious. Great bathrooms. Nice landscaping that is continuously maintained.

Pretty expensive, though.
