stupid maintenance. Before you join just inquire thoroughly. All the apartments of colonial grand are in same standard.

I have been in these apartment since July and I have never had any issues. They respond timely to any issues I have and it's a nice quiet community. Although maybe I'm just in a good building with good neighbors, but I can't complain.

I have lived in the complex for almost 2 years and have had to repeat several of work requests. Sme work requests were never finished - they just left a note stating they will follow up later and never came. (different person from initial posting)
