At one time Colonial Grand, formally know as Preston Woods, was a nice place to live. Then the community was sold to a new management company and the quality of service and property appearance has greatly decreased. The workout room is outdated and falling apart. The management company does nothing to fix the equipment falling apart. The grounds are not what they were. There's dog s*#t all over the place. My car was broken into 2 years ago and there are still issues concerning your safety in this community. Rent has increased and the quality of service has decreased. Trust me when I say that there is better communities out there for the price you're going to pay at Colonial Grand. I'm leaving at the end of my lease. I only can take so much of a bad thing.
