The location cannot be beat. Colonial Grand is right near Target, Blockbuster, Publix, restaurants and more. Before moving in we checked all the area apartment complexes and Colonial Grand has the most closet space of any apartment and the rent isn't bad at all. The property management is very friendly (there are different people in the leasing office now then the people mentioned in reviews below). They always remember you by name and the maintenance staff has responded to our calls in a timely manner. The pool is great, its never too crowded and the grounds are well kept. The workout room does need help, but its still functioning. If you want a big gym then go to the LA Fitness that's a 5 minute walk away.
