When this place was Preston Oaks there was a girl named Jen running the show in the leasing office & they served their tenants very well. Now you're lucky to get anyone on the phone, they do not return phone calls & they absolutely will not refund any of your deposit. We left the unit spotless & chased our deposit for a year, but never got a reply. It's a good location, plenty of parking, but do your research, as there are plenty of better options out there.

Worse yet - they sent me an invoice for what I owed them when I moved out. When I called to speak with them about it they could not even tell me what the charges we for. I sent a letter disputing the charges and have not heard back. I am sure it is because of their lack of organization and care!
