Previously when we first started living at these apartments, Randy And Angelique used to be at the leasing office. They were very courteous and always attended to our requests in a prompt and professional way. I thought the negative reviews didn't make sense because we were very please with the service.
Since Randy left this new B took her place as the property manager.. Her name is Jessie and if there is anything you want to NEVER get done, ask her. If you ever want to get pissed of, go talk to her about your bill, about anything. If you ever think you are too happy and need some down time, go meet her. She is totally rude and unprofessional.
She never gets things done one time. We had to wait 2 months for something she said she would do the same day. For someone who came to talk to her about a problem, it would only be courteous to try to understand and give them the information she has. She can look up in her computer system to get this info, BUT all she does is say I AM VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW. I will look into it. Or... We will send you a letter or something of that sort. Even that, she says as though if you stay there one more moment, shes going to hit you in the face or something.
I am glad we moved out of there. I couldn't have tolerated her temper.
