I just bought a townhouse, so I was moving anyway, but I wouldn't have renewed my lease even if I was still renting a place. The former girls in the leasing office were very cordial and responsive on things that needed to get done. The new girls are utterly useless and they probably should have placed two monkeys in the office and paid them in bananas, it would have cost the management company less money. I've been waiting 2 weeks to get something fixed in the master closet, but it's amazing how they can get you the final doc on what you owe within days of giving your 60 day notice. The grounds guys that take care of the place are friendly and seem to do a good job, but overall this place is a shitehole and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I will say that the location is great, but go elsewhere if you desire friendly people and the need to have issues/problems addressed in a timely manner!!
