Columbia Crest

It's ok but not perfect From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've been at Columbia Crest since March and it's been ok. The apartment itself looks wonderful. I love the comtemporary style that the West Highlands has. They do an ok job with the upkeep. However, sometimes there is trash by the pond and bbq areas. Kind of gross. I like the the fact that they have beefed up security. The guards stand by the gate and are really strick about protecting the residents. I also love the fact that it's really quiet at night. My primary concerns would be the ever changing management. As a person who works in the housing industry, this could be a really bad sign. No major complaints up to this point. Will definetly keep you posted.
