I do not live in the townhomes, nor do I know anyone who has. I currently live in Columbia Crest... what I thought was going to be the nicer of the three rental properties on site, and have been EXTREMELY disappointed. This is a community that was a great "idea" - but the execution has been dreadful. I would look else where.
