Not what you would expect for Midtown

I moved into the Cranbrook in Aug. 2003. I was surprised by what I noticed and saw once I moved in. The community is nothing like what I was told and not to mention the AC to the building does not work very well at all. On a good day you are lucky if your apartment cools to 74.
Also, to make matters worse the crime at the community is terrible. There have been 2 gun shot incidents since I moved in back in August, 2003. The community is full of illegal aliens and has a terrible maintenance staff!!!!!!!! When I moved in they had a wonderful community manager named Brook; however, after 2 months she is no longer there. They are getting rid of the good people and replacing them with incompetent people!!!
I am going to finish my ----- session with letting you know how HORRIBLE the ROACH problem is!!!!
I am looking forward to my lease ending and moving out of this hell hole!!!
