I lived in Cranbrooks for 3 months, I decided to brake my lease 'cause I was going crazy there..
The roach problem is horrible, Im talking about killing 10 to 15 roaches everyday...
It is also a very unsafe place....after 2 weeks of moving in, the appartment in top if mine got on fire, and nobody lived there!...Management is horrible, they dont care what problems you have and take forever to fix any problem (if they actually fix it)...
Last but not the least, I went back to ask for a certification of proof that I lived there and guess what' they lost my papers! basically, there is not evidence that I live there, and I still had to pay them around a 1,000 dollars to break a lease...
You'll hate that place...
