This place is horrible. The management totally has no regard for the tenants safety to the point that it is believed that they may be in partnership with the local criminals. The security that lives on the premises has no effect on the criminal activity that goes on at this location. It is believed that the security has to be involved because he is irrelavent. Tenants get their doors kicked in on the regular. The local thugs run this community and the police do nothing. Cars get stolen like an Oprah's big giveaway. And auto breakins are commonplace. The doors at this apartment community stay unlocked, broken, and welcome crime. The doors operate with sensors that dangerously lock you out at 3am in the morning because they stay broken. You can get robbed, jumped, or killed in this community and for the entire time I have lived here, not one, let me repeat, not one memo was sent out by management to alert niave tenants of the danger present here at Crogman. They lease apartments out to unknowing out-of-towners, stewardesses, college students, and others that have no idea of what they are getting into. These apartments are no place for decent people. If you sell drugs, cook meth, rob people, kick doors in, on drugs, or prostituting this is definitely your haven. Did I forget to mention the $2 teenage prostitutes on crack in the area(male & female). The facility is raggedy, unhealthy, dangerous, with water leaks, urine in stairwells, thugs hanging out in the hallways, and did I forget to mention the 8 apartment breakins for the month of January 2009' The management will not regard your safety, they do not attempt to protect their tenants, they actually protect the criminals by not doing anything to prevent future attacks. But what they will do is take your money and charge you exhorbatant late fees, in excess of $300! All at the same time never sending out a memo to let you know about the state of your safety. Living here is like living in Iraq, Ruwanda, and the Congo all in one. Its not worth it. Keep looking and save yourself a horrible experience. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

If it's that bad, why in the hell are you still there? People get on here and really post the most ridiculous mess I have ever seen or heard. I live here and I have yet to see all of this. The people complaining can't afford to stay in other locations cause their credit is jacked up and other places want accept you. Crogman is not what is posted in this post. It's a wonderful community and yes, crime is everywhere, look around Metro Atlanta and tell me one area where crime as not showed its ugly head!

if u think its that bad,then move. that enforcment guy here now does his best. i see him all night every night. cant speak for the one that lives here though. maybe if we get off our asses and assist each other,dumb ass ppl like the one who wrote this will see diffrent. no neighborhood is great,exellent. my car hasnt been broken into,when it was an attemp around 1 maybe 2 in the morning last week,the big enforcement guy that always walk around notified me the next day when he saw me. my door has never been broken into. im satisfied for the time being.

ist of all instead of urging over this matter, all of you need to just be open to any and all the information that people are saying about crogmen,then just be aware because im not gonna sat that any of this stuff thats going on isnt truu, i fill that different people have experinced different situations at crogmen !!! i currently live here and i can say that nothing has happen to my car as of yet but the hallways are nasty and pissy, and i never seen security since i been here, and yes its true that YOUR DOOR WILL GET KICKED DOWN!!!!!!!! YES you will get FOOLED by the price but you get what you pay for!!!! so MY LEASE IS UP AND OF COURSE IM GETTING THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!!!!
