I lived here for almost 2 years. What I can tell you is that the location is good, because it??s located right between downtown Atlanta and Buckhead, with many restaurants & shops within walking distance. The place itself, however, is not very pleasant (I guess the rent is cheap compared to the location). There is not much security (thefts occurred threefour times in the parking lot while I lived there, once was a gun robbery although nobody was hurt), building is old, often noisy, annoying fire alarms, and basically no "breathing space" both in and out of the apartment -- after about a year, I starting feeling like I was some animal getting bred in a cage. If you??re the type who doesn??t spend much time home, doesn??t really need a nice area around your home to jog or take walks, and want a place that is close to downtown & Buckhead at a good price, you could consider this place. Otherwise, I??d say don??t even bother.
