Considering your rent includes utilities, you can not beat the price. The location is awesome...only minutes from downtown. The maintaince guys are great too. Anytime something wasn't working properly, they'd just get you a new one(I got a new toilet and stove when both could have just been repaired). Personally, I think for the money you can't beat it.
