I lived here twice and for the location (best Bus line in the ATL #23), rent ($499 with a special-- always a special-- just ask!!) and utilities included its hard to beat. I have a great relationship with the staff and maintenance crew, I guess bcz I'm mature and pleasant toward them. they charge for faxing and copying but its better than nothing or getting on the bus to whereever, where it might cost more. I HATE the laundry rm. washers are fickle!!! Used it only once in 2yrs and happy to go down the street. Not bad but its up to YOU.
The view of Buckhead/Ptree Rd and The DtnTwn view from the 12th floor is awesome! I've had both and they are fabulous. My corner studio (more windows!) is clean and quaint cause I know how to decorate small spaces; this time around I am happy!
NOW---Last year was a nitemare. My neighbor was unemployed, stupid, loud and tried to be a broke-down drug dealer! Sadly, I moved out and broke my lease b4 the idiot got EVICTED. There are some low life people here!!
DO NOT DATE IN THIS BLDG, the men are SORRY, POTHEAD, USER CONVICTS they lie constantly. And Believe there are professional Hoes here too.

I've seen roaches depending on neighbors or your own nasty-self , I've smelled drugs and hated the loiterers out front. The --- boys are always fabulous (unless they are loud and rude!) But I've had loud folks of all ethnicities all around me here. U never can tell how your neighbors will be! I'm professional, a student and very quiet; The D' is doable but honey, its a gamble! enter at your own risk if you expect peace and quiet all the time.
