I currently live here. I signed a 6 mo. lease and begged to break it by the 2 month. I agree with all the other comments posted. Here's a summary of my personal experience here.

* A severe roach problem
* The laundry room is scary, I would never do my laundry by myself at night.
* fixtures and appliances are old
* A problem with attracting bad people. Drug dealers hang outside the building and many crackheads live here.
* Anyone homophobic should deffinately avoid this complex. They're lots of cross dressers here.
* Tenants are dirty and spill food in the elevator and hallways
* The management is OK. But they wont admit to misleading and get offended if u talk about how horrible the apartments are.
* The management lies. I asked them if they had a problem with crime and bugs before I signed and they exclaimed of course not!!
* People have been murdered here in the past. Look it up on the channel 11 website.
* loud abnoxious neighbors
On the bright side:
* it's cheap
* great location
* Marta accesible
* Service requests are handled quickly
* free electric and gas
