this place is the worst!! i lost power for a week, and the mangmt, could care less! it was caused by a neighbor installing a light fixture in his dining room(not my problem). the security is a joke, they focus more on car partrol in the parking lot than the safety of the residents. the building is very old and smelly. and the majority of the residents are ---!!! there are more transexuals than anything! it is a real live zoo! you cant control your air or heat! so u burn in the summer and freeze in the winter, its crazy!! beware dont move there!! sure its in buckhead and u may want the convience but threre is reason why they are the cheapest address in buckhead!!!
