Roaches and rodents run rampant in this old building the second you turn off the lights for bed (or leave the kitchen for a few minutes). My apartment was treated last week and I came home that day and had roaches walking across the card telling me the "exterminators" had been there! Although the leases prohibit dogs, multiple ones live in the building and are smuggled in and out every morning and evening. Cat piss smell is rampant in some hallways. There are constant condensate drain leaks all up and down the hallways coming through the ceiling tiles, down the walls and into the carpet causing mold and mildew odors and allergic problems.

Yeah, no dogs allowed but there is a guy with a Chihahua who has lived here for years toting his little doggie around and no one says a word. And yes, the ROACHES do run rampant - not sure about the rodents though. And MOLD - mold in the vents, mold in the bathrooms, dust everywhere, ALLERGY CITY. I have been ill during my entire stay here and now I know why.
