Mold and mildew are rampant in the hallway ceilings, HVAC duct system and in the constantly internally damp plaster walls. Also, they turn a blind eye to dogs. On any given evening, you can find 15-25 people with illegal dogs sneaking in through the basement fire escape door near the pool. The wiring is all exposed on the parking light poles and in the junction box outside the fence of the pool on the South end. During a recent power failure, it was discovered by many residents that the emergency lighting in the hallways and stairwells do not work on battery power. The manager--------------------, is always argumentative and tries to turn all complaints 180 degrees back toward resident with the problem.

Yes, they are quick to make superficial repairs like painting over mold. If you mention any mold issues, they try to turn it around on you and accuse you of uncleanliness. GTFOHWTBS! MOLD - mold in the vents (HVAC can't be cleaned and hasn't been since 1952), mold in the bathrooms, dust everywhere, ALLERGY CITY. I have been ill during my entire stay here and now I know why. All of my guests become ill also.
