Absurd review and filled with falsehoods: 1: $480 if and only if you are of the particular class of tenant the managers want and _only_ as a teaser rate. I have the _smallest_ available apartment, and I am paying $680/mo PLUS a $100 month-to-month fee. 2: NOT all utilities are included, as other posts have surely stated: water is most definitely not, and it is being billed by a RIP-OFF company that has no available competition. 3: Phone and Cable are NOT available at any discounted rates, outside of whatever the vendors may have as a teaser special at any given moment. 4: There is NOT a pharmacy available on-site unless it is invisible, though there is a CVS just up the street that is open 24 hours. 5: If there is a dental office, I haven't seen it. 6: Don't judge the building by its outside, no. Its outside is not that bad. Judge it by its management team, which is the WORST I have seen here in YEARS. 7: The rest is marketing fluff, but I will say that the best thing about this place is its location. It is very convenient to a lot of things, being on Peachtree between Midtown and Buckhead. I think this must be some automated review that was designed years ago and updated recently to bump it up. I cannot imagine someone would actually write a current view in this form. Some of this stuff _used_ to be true, but it certainly is not any more. Also, PLEASE learn when NOT to use the caps lock key.

I live here, no dental office, no, pharmacy. Water bill is outrageous, no discounts on cable or phone. Rent is increased each year. The only good thing is the location.
