This place is horrible. It needs to be knocked down to the dirt that it is and they need to build a new place. There are disgusting smells all the time, which get into your furniture and clothing as well. You can hear every word your neighbor is saying even if they are barely talking loud. The water is bad as well. If you don't use your shower for a day the next time you turn it on brown/yellow gunk comes out. It makes you wonder what is going on your skin and into your body when you are bathing. The air conditioning and heating is not really air conditioning and heating, it is chilled air circulating. The only reason I don't have bugs in my apartment is because I am CONSTANTLY cleaning and I have the pest control come and spray every week, which is ridiculous to have to do in order to not see bugs in your living space. I also hardly ever cook so if you are someone who cooks a lot you can count on seeing bugs. If you are not a clean person you will have roaches as your roommates. Parking is bad as well. You have to walk far to get to the entrance and as a single woman especially at night this is not safe. You can find a better place for the same price. As soon as my lease is up I'M OUT!!!
