I love this place. I moved in here in December, and it has been just fine, and it is really cheap. I have seen three roaches in my apartment since I moved in, I am careful not to leave out food of any kind, and keep things like breakfast cereal in plastic containers. I also do not let any trash pile up in the apartment. So the roaches have not been a problem. I have not observed any unsavory characters hanging around here looking to sell drugs. The office signed for a package for me while I was at work, the Concierge AKA the security man gave me the package after hours (4:00 AM), I thought that was a great service, that I did not have to be home to get a package, and I was able to get it at my convenience. The parking is fine, if you come home in the evening you may have to park all the way in the back, but that is the way it is. The concrete construction makes for a very quiet apartment, I really don't hear any noises at all from my neighbors. The WIFI provider did not work for me, the signal was too weak. I have signed up for ATT high speed internet and it works great for me. I was surprised, being that the phone wires in the building were installed by Alexander Graham Bell himself. People throw all their trash in the trash room, instead of putting it down the chute or bringing it down to the basement, and the management cleans it up right away. I don't think it is right that people throw all their trash in the room, and expect someone to clean up after them, but it says something about the management that it is cleaned up right away. The security man at night regularly walks the parking lot to keep an eye on things, and is always checking the basement door and other doors to make sure it stays locked. The building is secure at night. All in all, it is great FOR THE PRICE, do not expect the ritz for what they charge here. I challenge anyone to do better in the Atlanta area for what the price is. i've been here since july and have had no problem with roaches. i'm pretty low maintenance, but this place is alright in my book. it's cheap, the location is good and the view is nice. i will not complain.

when you write a review for an apartment, it'd be nice if you included what floor, or even what apartment you had so i know that one sucks. TY
