HORRIBLE DECISION TO MOVE HERE. These apartments are known to be the trap house of metro Atlanta. Drugs, insects, and incompetent employees are galore. It is marketed as "Buckhead", and being a native (growing up off peachtree street), the people and appearance of the Darlington is that of the straight ghetto. I was scared to go outside at night, and when I broke the lease (immediately) I was overcharged hmmm 17000. I could have taken that money and stayed at WAY nicer apartments in the HEART of Buckhead, not the "vertical ghetto" as it is commonly referred to. PS, every year you live there, the lease goes up- read the lease before you sign!
