Expensive, but worth it

There must've been a recent management change at Defoor Village because I have had no problems with living here. The staff in the leasing office have been nothing but friendly and helpful since I moved in. The complex is fairly clean, except for the residents who don't like to clean up after their dogs (watch where you step!). Parking has been somewhat of a problem late at night, but there is always some place to park in the complex. Since it's a small community, it's really not a big deal. I've never felt unsafe here -- it's a gated community.
As far as maintenance is concerned, I had one emergency situation on a Sunday night after midnight, and I paged the maintenance man, and he came within 2 hours. For nonemergency situations, they tend to make it within 24 hours.
One thing I do not like is the water bills I receive. It always seems that I'm being overcharged. For instance, one month, my roommate was out of town, and it was $80! I'm not sure if it's a Fulton County thing or something is going on in this complex. They charge an exorbitant amount for water/sewer/trash.
Overall, a good complex!
