I only moved to Dunwoody Courtyards because I was in an emergency situation. I regret it. Where do I begin:
I only lived here for one year and 4 cars have been broken into (that is to my knowledge because they do not tell you when cars have been broken in to)
My water bill averaged $48 a month and I live by myself. Don't bother going to the leasing office about the high water, because they will just shrug their shoulders and tell you not to feel bad because everyone else is having the same problem. The leasing staff is so unprofessional especially the property manager. They are letting anyone lease here now.
I can say that every problem I have had, they have cleared up. (Not property management, but corporate) Overall, do not move here unless you enjoy unprofessionalism, crime, and being given the run around. I just moved recently and needless to say, I am happy that I don't live there anymore. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
