The apartments are ok sized not very large considering their price. (the pointe at sandy springs has bigger apartments and lesser price). Parking here is a big hassel. I have seen quite a few fights over parking in the few days i have been here. There i one assigned parking and another which is unassigned and on days you are lucky enough you get one. Otherwise park your car at the marta station. Cell phone reception(tmobile and cingular) is very poor inside the buildings. But this is not the fault of the apartment complex. Neverthless its an important factor if you are considering moving in there. The management seemed very helpful initially but now all they do is shrug shoulders over anything that you talk to them about. Really very unhelpful at times. I am giving it a rating of below average since you can find better places in the same area with better prices. This place in not exceptional
