If you're a student at Art Institute of Atlanta or other perimeter area colleges this is a great place. In fair walking distance to Marta North Springs Station. It used to take me 15 minutes to walk to station. The rents recently went up because Dunwoody real estate is booming. Plus the new SuperTarget and trendy plazas are quite close. The apartment buildings themselves are cool. A little dark, and not as perfect as others, but nice nonetheless. Good amenities, cute pool and okay gym. Parking is always a problem and they only have one space per apartment - even if you have a room-mate style apartment, which is really annoying. Staff got better and better during our 3 years there. They rotate among Archstone properties - the first batch were VERY unfriendly, and the last ones we left there were super-efficient. Maintenance is reliable too. Because residents are mostly students, there is some noise - music mostly; plus pet-owners don't always pick up after their pets. On weekends the trash gets full to overflowing which is an eyesore as it's in the middle of the property. Other than than, really comfortable environs and great proximity to 400 and 285 for convenience. We loved it there.
